The Master of Many Legends
He is a legend among many Dragon Ball and Dragon Ball Z legends. He is Master Roshi who trained Goku and many of Goku's companions to help them defend Earth from invading would-be conquerors, androids, and others.
Indeed, there are times when one or more of these adversaries underestimated Master Roshi. That's a strategic mistake. Also, he views himself as a Mr. Cool and a successful romancer of young ladies. On both counts, he his horribly wrong. Reasons enough to make him a likable character worthy of admiration.

It's easy to pin labels on Master Roshi such as scrawny old man and old geezer. But he is kind, loving, and wise. And he tries to be hip, like the sporty red sunglasses. For keeping up his strength, he straps a turtle shell to his back. In this figure, he stands a little more than 3".
