Imagine having one wish from the great and mighty Dragon Ball Z dragon Shenron. What would you wish for? Immortality? A cool boyfriend? A pair of underwear? Some really awesome Dragon Ball Z gear? Well, until you can locate all the balls, we can at least help you out with this last wish. We've got plenty of cool stuff based on the Akira Toriyama anime classic!

From outfits that will turn you into Piccolo, to collectible figures based on Goku and Vegeta, we have tons of Dragon Ball Z toys and gifts. That way, if you ever get your hands on all of the Dragon Balls, you can use your wish on something useful, like the most comfortable pair of underwear in the world.

Dragon Ball Z Gifts

It all started with just some doodles of some characters that Akira Toriyama loosely based on the classic Chinese novel, Journey to the West. A few tweaks here and there and they transformed into the manga and anime series, Dragon Ball. Over 30 years after the first anime episode aired, the series has been running strong with episodes of Dragon Ball Super still in production and new obstacles for Goku to Super Saiyan his way out of. That also means that there are over 30 years’ worth of awesome Dragon Ball Z toys and gifts to look through if you’re planning on getting something special for the anime fan in your life. We’re here to help guide you through the process so you can find truly great DBZ toys and items!

Now, you might be wondering where to even start! Should you get something classic from the original Dragon Ball series, when Goku was just a cute little squirt with a monkey tail? Should you try going for something that comes from the golden age of DBZ, like the Saiyan Saga or the Frieza Saga? Or maybe you’ve got a fan who’s obsessed with the Red Ribbon Army and their many Androids. Maybe you’re buying for someone who’s a newer fan—you know, Beerus, Monaka, and all that Super Saiyan God mode goodness. It can be a bit daunting, but we can help you find something for everyone! So, let’s get started with some basic collectibles based on the Dragon Ball series.

Dragon Ball Z Collectibles

Many anime fans have the collecting bug! Perhaps it is the allure of owning a small piece of their favorite characters that they find appealing, or perhaps they want to visually express their love of anime through high quality collectibles. Maybe it’s just because collectible action figures are completely awesome! So, that’s a great place to start when trying to decide what kind of gift to get the DBZ fan in your life. We carry a ton of different Dragon Ball Z collectibles, from the always cute and clever Funko Pop! vinyl figures, to the high-end figures. That means you can find something that fits your price range with ease.

Dragon Ball Z Funko Pop

Dragon Ball Z Funko Pop

Funko has been around for nearly 20 years and they’ve covered all of the important characters in pop culture from Marvel superheroes to every character from Star Wars (even the prequel trilogy). It should come as no surprise that they’ve taken a crack at all of the major characters from the Dragon Ball anime series including Goku, kid Gohan with his adorable hat, Perfect Cell, Piccolo (who manages to still look grumpy in Pop! form) and even Frieza! Of course, we carry more, but those are some of the most sought-after characters. Just make sure you figure out which one is your DBZ fan’s favorite.

Dragon Ball Z Collectible Figures

v

Perhaps your fan is a purveyor of finer figures based on their favorite Z-Fighter, or maybe you know a newer fan whose entry into the series is the fairly recent Dragon Ball Super series. How about a few figures that tout the bright new blue hair of the Super Saiyans? Vegeta and Goku are both sporting their new look from Super and they’re posed in dynamic positions that will look great as the centerpiece to any DBZ collection. You can even add the evil Super Saiyan Goku Rose to the mix to give the two Z-Fighters a real challenge. We also carry some classic Piccolo and Goku figures as they appeared during the Frieza Saga on the Planet Namek. Make sure you figure out which Saga is your gift receiver’s favorite before selecting the perfect figure.

Dragon Ball Z Merchandise

Dragon Ball Z Merchandise

There’s no easy way to say this. Sometimes, it’s just all about the merch! There can be cool stuff that falls into a category outside of the basic stuff like action figures and apparel, so we’ve just put together some of our favorite pieces of Dragon Ball Z merch that are somewhat strange or out of the ordinary. Just imagine your DBZ fan toting around their snacks inside of this DBZ lunchbox, or opening up a blind box figure to find their favorite character from the anime. You could even just get them a simple mug that they can use for their morning coffee while at work! Everyone needs one of those.

Dragon Ball Z Toys

It’s hard to argue with a good toy! Some people like to think of them as toys for kids, but these days, we all know better. Adults need collectible toys too. So, whether you’re shopping for a gift for the adult anime fan in your life or you’re getting a great Dragon Ball Z action figure for a youngster who’s been practicing his Kamehameha Wave, you can find something for them right here. We have plushies based on your favorite characters too! Just check out some of our favorite Dragon Ball Z toys below.

Dragon Ball Z Plush Toys

Dragon Ball Z Plush Toys

No one would ever accuse Piccolo of being soft. The same goes for hard edged characters like Vegeta and Frieza! Also, don’t you dare call any of them huggable, unless you want to get ki-blasted into oblivion. These stuffed Dragon Ball Z toys of the characters, on the other hand, are completely cuddle-able. The real versions are rippling with muscles, but these guys are full of fiberfill stuffing which makes them the perfect target for a super-hug attack. They come in styles for Piccolo, Vegeta, and Frieza... otherwise known as the grumpiest characters in the Dragon Ball universe (aside from maybe Garlic Jr., of course)!

Dragon Ball Z Action Figures

Dragon Ball Z Action Figures

Let’s get down to business. Everyone knows that action figures are the best toys ever invented (or at least tied for first place with Legos). From G.I. Joes to Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, everyone has had their go at collecting their favorite characters in action figure form. Dragon Ball Z is no exception! Who could pass up posing Goku in his classic Kamehameha stance? Maybe you’d like to take Bulma on a new adventure to find the Dragon Balls. We even have a Freiza figure, just in case you’re more of the villainous type who sympathizes with the bad guys.

Dragon Ball Z Clothing

Toys and collectibles can be great, but they’re not always very practical for all fans. Some fans want something that they can use on a daily basis. They want something that they can wear! You know, clothes, you silly goose! Well, the great news is that we have plenty of Dragon Ball Z clothing that works as a great gift for any fan of the series. T-shirts are an obvious winner, since just about everyone wears a licensed t-shirt now and then.

Dragon Ball Z Clothes for Fans

Dragon Ball Z Clothes for Fans

We have various clothing styles, including the ever-popular Over 9000 shirt with an angry Vegeta on the front. There’s also the Frieza shirt, who’s boasting about his final form on the front. Looking for something to help during chilly weather? This Frieza military hoodie will help keep any fan warm, while officially enlisting them as part of Frieza’s elite fighters. Finally, we have a Goku shirt, which is one of our many costume shirts that make for an easy cosplay outfit in a pinch. Speaking of cosplay…

Dragon Ball Z Cosplay Ideas

Nothing refreshes the soul quite like a bit of cosplaying! Why? Well, cosplaying allows people to dress up like their favorite characters. They can become the best version of themselves, or conversely, they can use it as a safe avenue to express their more villainous side! Anyone who’s put on a costume for Halloween can relate to this idea; cosplay expands it beyond Halloween. Here, we’ve put together some great ideas to help your Dragon Ball Z fan get into cosplay shape! Just make sure that your gift recipient is into cosplay before you go all-out in buying them cosplay gear.

Goku Cosplay

Goku Cosplay

Goku is always the first stop when it comes to Dragon Ball Z cosplay. He’s the first hero to appear on screen and has been the primary focal point of the series since the beginning. He has a habit of growing stronger with each new challenging opponent. Combine that with his whimsical, carefree nature, and you have the recipe for a fan favorite character. Cosplaying as Goku comes down to the bright orange fighting gear that he always wears (complements of Master Roshi). We carry the costume in sizes for both adults and kids, and we even carry a matching wig to go along with it. Of course, if you’re trying to do something a little subtler, you can always just use these Goku sunglasses, which give you the spiky hairstyle of the Super Saiyan.

Vegeta Cosplay

Vegeta Cosplay

And then, there’s Vegeta. When he first jumped onto the TV screen, he was the baddie that everyone loved to hate. He was arrogant, spiteful, and downright dangerous. Even Goku seemed to be no match for the alien invader. Over time, he proved himself to be a little bit misunderstood and even Bulma fell in love with the Super Saiyan with a bad attitude. These days, Vegeta spends his time trying to top Goku by defeating deadly threats before he can. If you’re looking for a brooding look for your cosplayer, then this Vegeta costume might be the ticket. Of course, you might want the pointy black hair to match the outfit, which can be recreated either with these Vegeta glasses, or with this officially licensed Dragon Ball Z wig. You can also create a more classic “evil” Vegeta look by using this Saiyan Armor, which takes its inspiration from the original Saiyan Saga.

Bulma Cosplay

Bulma Cosplay

Bulma played a huge role in the anime series, right from day one! Without her, Goku would never have left his weird little home in the wilderness. She’s proven herself to be the smartest woman on the planet. She might not be able to fight like a Super Saiyan, but she’s the mastermind behind all the useful tools and gadgets that the Z-Fighters use in order to get the job done. Without her, the Z-Fighters would have been stranded on Earth while the crisis on Namek unfolded. She’s also the only woman strong enough to tame a complete stubborn mule like Vegeta! Cosplaying as Bulma is actually quite easy! You just need one of our officially licensed Bulma costumes, which also comes in a size for kids, and some cool gadgets like this scouter. Of course, you can also go for a more subtle Bulma look by wearing these Capsule Corp suspenders with a lab coat! That’s classic Bulma-in-the-lab kind of wear. Just a word of warning! Whoever you buy these items for may need to dye their hair blue-green, or maybe purple (Bulma’s known for having different hair colors in the anime). There is always the option to use a wig too.

Piccolo Cosplay

Piccolo Cosplay

You might be thinking, “How can anyone do a successful Piccolo cosplay?” After all, the guy has green skin, pointy ears, little antennae things on his forehead, and a ridiculously deep voice (thanks to the wonderful Christopher Sabat). Well, it’s actually much easier than you might think. We have plenty of options to help kick start anyone’s cosplay experience. First up are our licensed Piccolo costumes. That’s right, we have selections of the costume in sizes from both adults to children, giving everyone a chance to dress up like the Namekian fighter. You can pair either of those up with our Piccolo mask, or one of our makeup kits to help craft the perfect Namekian look. Just make sure that you help coach the DBZ fan in your life on how to talk with an ultra-deep voice! Of course, none of them will let you regenerate the way that Piccolo does, so don’t let your friend pick any fights while wearing these unique items!

Gohan Cosplay

Gohan Cosplay

Finally, we have Gohan, the boy with unlimited potential! From his first days in the series, Akira Toriyama always hinted at the young child’s potential. He even managed to get the drop on Raditz during his battle against Goku with a power level of 1307! That might not be the over 9000 levels that made Vegeta smash his scouter, but it’s still pretty impressive for such a little guy. And, it’s actually pretty easy to cosplay as the underdog warrior! This Gohan costume comes in a size for adults and a size for kids, making it a snap to transform into the half-Saiyan fighter. The costume is based on his clothing from the Perfect Cell Saga, so anyone who wears it better be ready to perform their best Father and Son Kamehameha Wave! A wig seals the look, completing the transformation into a Super Saiyan. Of course, there’s also the old-school Gohan look that comes from the Frieza Saga. There, he willingly wore the Saiyan Armor of his ancestors to kick butt!
