It's Super Effective
Can we call Pikachu, Charizard, Venusaur, and Blastoise the Big 4? We feel like calling them that is appropriate. These were (kind of) the first Pokémon that we as the masses were introduced to (okay, technically Charmander, Bulbasaur, and Squirtle were the first Pokémon we were introduced to, but you get what we mean). It was mindblowing seeing the difference between the three, especially when they introduced the strengths and weaknesses of different Pokémon based on who they were fighting. On the other hand, Pikachu is kind of like that sibling who gets special treatment. But since everyone is used to it, everyone just lets it slide. Another thing, Pikachu, why didn't you just evolve into Raichu? Yeah, you wouldn't be as cute but think of all the incredible abilities you could have unlocked (Hyper Beam, man!). Okay, enough about Pikachu, we still love you, buddy.
