Its design is inspired by the most classic Christmas girl we know, Dr. Seuss's Cindy Lou Who! The ensemble starts with a pink velour dress that has scalloped edges on the neckline, hem, and cuffs to imitate Cindy's nightgown.
The costume also comes with a headband to help your child look like a Who from head to toe! We've even included an oversized ornament that your kiddo can carry with them—although we're still not sure that it's big enough to hold all of their Christmas excitement!
