Batman Costumes for Adults
Welcome to the big city. The cities of cities. No other city can hold a candle to the glory that is Gotham. Star City? Pfft, full of thieves! Just ask the Green Arrow. Coast City? Ha! — more like Worst City. The Green Lantern can attest to that one. Central City is nothing but boring farm county. The Flash couldn’t get out of there fast enough. And don’t even get us started with the hoity-toities in Metropolis or that flying Boy Scout, Superman. Have the joy (or sorrow) of living in Gotham as Bruce Wayne: billionaire, heartbreaker, owner of beautiful bridges, trains, cars, and anything else you would need to impress somebody into not realizing you are a super hero. Be The Batman, with all the fun stuff and none of the drama. If you can make it here, you can make it anywhere.
Hey adults, let’s face it: we would have played dress up as Batman a long time ago if people didn’t look at us weird. Think of all of the Halloweens that went by when we could have been swinging from ziplines and throwing smokes bombs while trying to hide from our friends. Lucky, for us here at FUN.com, we dress up as Batman characters all of the time (if we’re staring, we’re doing it in awe). We have costumes for every Batman and Batman related function. Need a costume as The Riddler? We will have you dropping more clues than Blue himself. Need to do a cool superhero walk off? We have the perfect Batman cape that will have everyone going, “Oooo.” Want to be any number of Batman’s rogues? We have costumes from Black Mask to Bane.
Men's Batman Costumes
When you have been a super hero since the late ‘40s like Batman, you are bound to go through a couple looks of looks. Sometimes classic is way to go. Batman knows this better than anybody, as he sports his light blue and grey tights of the times. If you are a fan of Batman: The Brave and the Bold, you will immediately recognize this version of the Bat. But sometimes comic book costumes don’t translate super well into real life. It’s fun to pretend, but sometimes it’s more fun to pretend with a dash of realism splashed in. When you think about it, you would think the greatest detective on earth would have the foresight to wear a little body armor. Do your best Dark Knight impression and pick up a men’s Batman costume, equipped with enough padding to show your friends how buff you are.
Women's Batman Costumes
You know what time it is ladies?! If you take Batman-related things as serious as we do at FUN, it’s probably after mid-night (Batman must sleep in a lot, now that we think about it). You’ll be unable to sleep after you get a peep of these awesome women’s Batman costumes. Want to dress up as the defender of Gotham himself, we have a sleek jumpsuit with your name on it. Sick of Bruce Wayne (hey, somebody may be, not us but somebody), then dress up has the classic Barbara Gordon aka the first Batgirl. There have been various iterations of Batgirl, but Barbara is hands down the GOAT. Show villains and heroes alike that the women in the Bat-family are not to be messed with!
Batman Cosplay Costume
Pow! Zap! Boom! Batman hasn’t always been all scowls and brooding. At one point Batman was even considered a little campy. Gone are the days of Batman walking into well-lit parties during broad daylight while Robinclassic Batman series. With this Batman costume, be the talk of any convention with your Batman cosplay costume. You will have everyone doing the Batusi before you know it.
Batman Dark Knight Costume
If campy Batman is on one side of the Bat-spectrum, then a Dark Knight costume is clearly on the other. Christopher Nolan’s take on the Caped Crusader was gritty, realistic, and down-to-earth. It answered how Batman was able to get his military grade equipment. (Lucius Fox made it.) It showed how Batman was able develop his own unique stuff! (Lucius again.) We even learned how Bruce was able to run a huge company while stuck in an underground prison. (Somebody give Lucius a medal!) Now it’s time for you to learn a few more secrets.
Batman Costumes for Kids
Batman’s story begins as young kid in crime alley. He just wanted to watch Zorro with his parents. He would have never thought his life would be forever changed that night. Hey parents, as much as we love Batman, his origin story can get a little dark. Luckily, we have all the fun stuff that comes with a kid’s Batman costume and none of the trauma. Have your kids making weirdly deep voices or doing their best Bane impression with the best of them. If you are really dedicated, we have enough Batman Halloween costumes for the whole family to take part. It’s Bat-fun for the kids and all!
Batman Halloween Costume
Let's face it. Batman is jacked! If you spent your nights swinging from buildings and doing the kind of martial arts that even the Karate Kid never even dreamed of, you'd be pretty built, too! Batman spent his young life honing his body to peak physical condition. But who has the time!? With our collection of Batman Halloween costumes, you can get all the benefits of pumped-up muscles without any of the soreness. Be sure to check out the muscle suit options!
Toddler Batman Costume
Toddlers have the kind of imaginations that we can only dream of having past the age of four. Through a toddler’s eyes, you really can be the Batman. (Though, let’s be honest. The idea that we could don the cape and be the Bat sticks around with a lot of us!) Be an awesome parent and immerse your child in the world of Gotham with a toddler Batman costume. We recommend doing so as early as possible, too. They’ll (probably) thank you for it later!
Boy's Batman Costume
Young boys have a lot to worry about. Video games, long division, football—they have a lot on their plates! Even kids need time to disconnect from the busy world now and then. There is no better way to unwind than with a Batman costume for boys. Be advised, if your kid actually tries to save the world in this, try and steer them towards something a little more practical. Community service is a great idea. (Even better when wearing a Batman costume.)
LEGO Batman Costume
Whether kids or adults, we all love to build up something amazing. Especially if LEGO is involved. That’s something we all have in common with Batman, who also loves to invent. Did someone say, “Why not both!?” Maybe it is time for a LEGO Batman costume? We have those too! As cool as these suits will make your kid look, be wary that this costume may in fact exacerbate the cuteness factor by an unknown quantity. Somebody call Lucius to do the math on that one.
Batman Accessories
Batman is the king of gadgets. Batman’s toys can do all sorts of things… and they’ve become as common as kitchen accessories at this point. If there is an issue, Batman has not only thought about said problem, but has devised a countermeasure to make sure he can nullify the issue before it becomes of concern. Even though Batman lacks a typical “superpower,” that kind of foresight could be considered a power all on its own! Take Batman’s utility belt for instance. He has pulled out some of the most obscure things from that yellow trouser holder. From his legendary grapple gun to Bat-shark repellant, Bruce has it all and all under control. Check out some more of the Dark Knight’s accessories and be ready for anything.
Batman Mask
No superhero worth their salt should leave home without a proper mask. The mask should be well fitted but also should be able to hide your facial features from whoever you are trying to conceal yourself from… whether that be cops, villains, or other superheroes. (Bruce Wayne is a private guy!) Think about this: what happens when the Joker punches you with his prank pistol? Hopefully you have a mask that will hold up. Yeah, it could happen—be ready.
Batman Utility Belt
We all need a useful belt now and then. But, when you’re the Caped Crusader, you don’t waste any space! He’s got oddities as well as his more practical gadgets like his grappling hook or Batarangs at the ready. But did you know that a Batman Utility Belt can hold everyday items like Chapstick and gum, too? That may not sound exciting, but you’ll thank us when you are on a Batman-themed date, and you need the sudden aid from your Bat-Breath Mint!
Batman Gloves
Hands make the man. Well, what’s on his hands is what makes the Batman. No Batman costume is complete with a pair of DC Comics gloves. Batman punches a lot of people, so his gauntlets are probably a lot more important than most people think. Prior to The Dark Knight Rises, Lucius Fox had to order 10,000 of these would-be Batman gauntlets so as to not raise any suspicions. Luckily for you, nobody (here at least) will question why you have 10,000 pairs of gloves.
Batman Dog Costume
Did you know that Batman actually has a dog? His name is Ace, and he is an adorable Great Dane. The best part about Ace? His pointy ears lend themselves nicely to fitting in with the rest of the Bat-family. Luckily, Ace is as smart as the rest of the family and has saved Batman and his friends countless times. We can’t all have an Ace of a dog, so do the next best thing and dress up your pet as your favorite DC Comics character!
Batman Character Costumes
Outside of his trauma, his ungodly wealth, his keen intellect, his honed body, Batman is known for his extensive family (including those iconic Batman villains in the rogue’s gallery). If you sit and try to think of the zaniest character you can think of, with the kookiest of motivations, and the most absurd of plans—Batman has probably fought them. This guy literally fights a guy name Black Mask (a name so simple it circles back to zany). Our point is, there is probably a Batman character for you. Whether you decided to grab a hero costume or a hilarious villain costume, enter the world of Batman and become the character you were always meant to be.
Robin Costume
Batman may have not approved of putting his children in harm’s way at first, be he eventually came to realize that Batman needs a Robin. (Even though there has been more than one.) 1997‘s take on the Robin and Batman dynamic was a little different. Dick Grayson actually fell under Bruce Wayne’s care at a much older age than he does in the comic. (In hindsight, adopting a grown adult is kind of weird… but it was the 90s!)
Riddler Costume
“Riddle me this, riddle me that. Who’s afraid of the big bad bat!?” The Riddler has always been one of Batman’s more enigmatic villains. With a lot of his rogues, Bruce can usually punch and kick away most issues. With the Riddler, though, Batman is forced to utilize more of his detective skills than anything else—and we love it! Pick up your adult or kids Riddler costume if you’re ready to create a mystery that could baffle even the Bat of Gotham City!
Bane Costume
Okay, we are just going to be honest and admit that Bane was a little hard to understand. Subtitles helped but removing that monstrosity over his mouth probably would have been the best solution. Creative license aside, Bane was arguably one of the most intimidating bag guys Batman has even faced on the big screen. Be the Bane of Batman’s existence pick up your adult or kid’s Bane Halloween costume and see what will break first, your character or their spirit!
Two-Face Costume
Have you ever woken up and said, “The right side of my body seems pretty normal, but my left side is going crazy-pants?” Well, if you work at FUN.com long enough, that’ll be the least of your worries. (Just try wearing two costumes at once!) In order to quell this notion, we have the perfect Two-Face Halloween costume for you. You’ll look so good, even Harvey Dent with be impressed. (Or maybe not impressed at all. It’s always hard to tell which side his coin is on.)
