The fabric is very soft and has buttons in the cuffs. This one did run smaller. But I sized up and found it fits over my larger chest. I highly suggest ordering a few sizes larger than your chest size. Mine is 34" so I bought the Size 4. I would have preferred to have one a little bit larger to have a bit more room to move around in throughout the day. If you like a larger fit - add at least two inches to your chest size and order the corresponding jacket size. The material is nice and soft and steps up any outfit.Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.
