The one piece dress features a printed rayon/polyester blend upper overlay that's styled to look like it wrapped over a printed polyester skirt. A crinkle taffeta hem ruffle looks like a grass underskirt, and the dress fits with a hook and loop fastener strip and clear elastic shoulder straps.
She'll be able to embark on her Moana adventure with this cool costume style. And she'll even be ready to sing her favorite song!
