Questions & Answers
Q: When i go to click on my basket it states that this item is not eligible for returns - this is an Oompa Loompa costume - is this corrct?
(1 Answer)
Asked by Ruth Lewis | January 9, 2025
Monster Responds...
Return eligibility is determined at checkout based on the specific item, and what you're seeing there is accurate for this costume. If you have questions about why a particular item is marked non-returnable, that policy detail lives in the return policy section of the site, which is the right place to get the full picture on what applies and why.(AI Generated Answer)
Q: What size is the hips on the xxlarge. Thanks (1 Answer)
Asked by Janet | September 13, 2024
Monster Responds...
The size chart for this costume doesn't include a hip measurement, but the 2X lists a chest of 56 inches, a torso of 41 inches, and an inseam of 18 inches. Comparing those numbers to your own measurements is the surest way to find the right fit.(AI Generated Answer)
