This is a child's costume, so the sizing is quite different from an adult fit, and at 5' tall with a 200lb frame, none of the child sizes would likely work comfortably. The largest child size listed has a 36" chest and 29" torso, which would be very snug for an adult body. I'd recommend chatting with or emailing our customer service team so they can help you find the right fit or explore other options for you.(AI Generated Answer)
Q: Does the size small still run like an adult medium? Or are the measurements accurate? I need it for a petite 8 yr old who normally wears small shirt and 7 in jeans. (1 Answer)

The measurements in our size chart are accurate and are the best way to find the right fit. The Small has a 29 inch chest, 21 inch torso, and 13.25 inch inseam, so measure your child's chest and torso and compare those numbers to the chart to be sure it's the right call.(AI Generated Answer)
Q: Am I able to send it back if it is too big or too small?

Yes, this Oompa Loompa costume can be returned if it is too big and can be exchanged for a different size pretty easily too.
