Q: Why is the head piece so small? I had to cut it apart and take out the stuffing for the 4t to fit my 3 year old. (1 Answer)

The headpiece is sized to fit the head measurements typical for each toddler size, and little ones can vary quite a bit even within the same age range. Since the headpiece fastens with a hook and loop chin strap, there is some adjustability built in, but the overall fit does depend on your child's head circumference. If your 3-year-old is on the smaller side, the 2T might have been a closer match for the headpiece even if the jumpsuit fit better in 4T.(AI Generated Answer)
