The AC adapter included may not be compatible for use outside the United States, so plugging it into an Australian outlet could be a problem. The prop is USB-powered though, so if you have a USB port or a compatible USB adapter already, you can still run it that way using the included cable.(AI Generated Answer)
Q: Ok so I’ve wanted this guy since I saw it online last Halloween (actually want at least 5 for this Halloween) can you please confirm when plugged into AU power source 240v it won’t short?
I have purchased some US made and not converted props in the past and as soon as they are plugged in they short and completely stop working (or don’t work at all)

The AC adapter included with this prop may not be compatible for use outside the United States, so plugging it directly into a 240V AU outlet does carry a real risk of the kind of failure you've experienced before. The good news is that Jabberin' Jack is USB-powered, so if you use a USB power bank or an AU-rated USB wall charger you already own and trust, you can bypass the included adapter entirely and power it safely that way.(AI Generated Answer)
