The Animated Hanging Evil Clown Prop does not say phrases, but it does light up, shake and make noises! It has light up eyes and a creepy laugh that is activated by push button!Q: Can this be hung outside or is it only for inside (1 Answer)

Depending on the weather, you may display this outdoors. We do recommend keeping it out of the rain/snow or colder temperatures, though.Q: Is this ok to put outside uncovered? We get a lot of cold rain in October. (1 Answer)
