Hello! The stitching that you see on the model's arms are drawn on with make up, but this costume does come with the tights!Q: Hello, does the adult voodoo doll costume come with the petticoat under the skirt like it shows in the photo or do I have to purchase that separately?

Hello! While there is some netting in the skirt for volume, to achieve the full puffiness in the picture you will need an additional petticoat.
