Scarier Than a Chainsaw Murderer
It's completely invisible. It hunts through all of society, taking down peasants and nobles and everyone in between. No one knows why it hunts. No one knows how to stop it. It's not a crazed serial killer or a vigilante dealing bloody justice. It's a plague - which is even more frightening! In those long-ago days, doctors were practically superheroes. They stayed and helped when others fled, and they did what they could to stop that invisible murderer from wreaking terrible havoc. Burnt brimstone and spiced wine, anyone?

Walk the streets of Europe and fight an unseen killer in this exclusive Women's Plague Doctor Costume! The floor-length black polyester robe swishes impressively as you stride through the night, and the long sleeves shield you from being splashed by blood and gross fluids. The belt has a gold buckle for a touch of style and the wide-brimmed black hat will keep soot and smoke out of your eyes. The white mask has an elastic band to keep it securely on your face. Back in the day, its beaked nose was stuffed with pungent herbs to ward away infection (although we think that you and your friends would probably enjoy the costume more if you don't follow that example). Red mesh covers the eyes to give you an impressive stare!
Bring out Your Dead!
Will you be the first to cure this accursed Black Death? Maybe your ingenious poultice of toads and clay will do the trick and stop the spread. Or maybe it's something simple, like getting rid of those flea-covered rats. Nah. The toads should work!
