Who it's meant for loves Wizard of Oz though, so I suspect it'll be a hit. That book style page print on the inside panel with Dorothy is what convinced me to get this for mom, by the way. I'm also glad it has that tiny zipper pouch on the inside, but other than that there's no compartments, so keep that in mind if you tend to fill your purse with stuff. You might want a kittle wallet or bag to keep things separated.Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.
