A Wisp of a Girl
Everybody always thought that Wisp was just a bit too slight to really make a difference. Who cares that she was optimistic as all get out? What did it matter that she had a grin that could brighten up the room? How was anyone going to save the world from a dreadful fate of despair from the lack of all color? Turns out that all it took was a go-get-'em attitude and plenty of '80s spunk to find the Sphere of Light, claim the legendary Color Belt, and shine some color!
Now, she's Rainbow Brite, the head of a vast squad of colorful kids and sparkling sprites. With the mysterious rainbow that lets her gallop with Spirit through the skies and battle all the nasty shadows creeping around the land, it is no wonder that everyone looks up to her. Plus, that perfectly '80s clash of color and legwarmer style? Okay, maybe it's been a few years since they were totally "in," but we suspect that the new generation of Wisps can bring it back.
