Questions & Answers
Q: Do you have a moveable mouth Rat Mask that an actor could actually say lines and be heard while wearing?

Monster Responds...
This particular mask is a Pug, not a Rat, but it does have the moveable mouth feature you're looking for. A chin cushion syncs the mask's lower jaw to your own mouth movements, and the eye openings are covered with mesh so you can see. The felt and mesh lining should help your voice carry through reasonably well for performance use.(AI Generated Answer)
