THE HOLIDAY GATES HAVE BEEN BREACHED!
Some time ago, rumors are that one of the mighty spiritual guardians of All Hallows Eve got a tad curious and started poking around at the ethereal stuff that binds our world together. Now, that sounds like a pretty bad idea. And... yeah, it really is. Folks should leave things like "pillars of existence" alone! But, the poking was done and now we occasionally see beings from one domain filter into the regions of the others.
All that setup is just to explain why you might occasionally see red-caped figures showing up outside of the winter or giant white rabbits during the autumn months.
