You hope you'll never see Michael Myers slo-o-o-w-l-y walking toward you with his knife. You pray that Ghost Face never calls you up in the evening wondering what your favorite scary movie is. And you certainly don't want to look down the storm drain beside your house and see a clown face leering back at you. But these guys are all technically "make-believe" (although it's hard to believe that in the middle of the night.) If you were living in the Medieval era, you would be right to be afraid of one hooded figure coming to your house, because that would mean that your end is truly near!

This Kids Dark Plague Doctor Costume will (hopefully) protect you from catching the Black Death, but you won't really be able to do much for your patients! The best thing you can do is to give them one last good scare with your sinister appearance before they give up the ghost. The long pullover tunic is edged with faux leather that matches the trim on the matching hood's attached capelet. The hood pulls over your head to hide your features in shadow and comes to a point in the back. The bird-beaked mask conceals the rest of your face.

We're really glad that medical scrubs have changed since the 14th Century! Back then you didn't have a stethescope or even a good hand sanitizer, but at least you had a mask. Even if it was really scary. It's a start!
