Dashing and Debonair
When you picture a dashing gentleman, a gold candelabra with a heavy French accent might not be the first thing that comes to mind. However, we think Lumiere is quite a chivalrous character. It’s true that he sometimes causes a little trouble by disobeying the commands of the Beast and clashing with Cogsworth, but he means well. He’s very polite towards Belle and seems to have a kind heart. He’s also a fantastic performer! If your child is good-natured but a little mischievous, a Lumiere costume might suit them very well, especially if they have a little flair for the dramatic. After all, we think starring in a production like “Be Our Guest” would be pretty awesome!
