Baby Boogeyman
All of the characters in Disney’s Halloween Town are creepy in their own right. The Mayor's rotating head is slightly unsettling, Sally's patchwork body is a little weird, and even Jack Skellington can be intimidating when he roars. But in our opinion, none of the residents of the town are as scary as Oogie Boogie!
He's an insect-filled boogeyman who likes to gamble with people's lives.
