The jumpsuit's feet are enclosed. It comes with a separate pair of booties that attach to the jumpsuit's heels with hook and loop fasteners, and the soles have anti-skid material. Shoes wouldn't be needed underneath, but the booties do come off if you'd prefer to use them.(AI Generated Answer)
