Stormy as the Sea
Disney’s Elizabeth Swann’s fate seems to be tied to the sea. She first meets Will Turner, her future husband, on a ship after he’s rescued from the water. Her life seems fairly quiet while she’s living in Port Royal, but after she falls into the ocean wearing the pirate medallion, her future becomes almost as turbulent as the sea itself. And Elizabeth rises to meet the challenge.
She sheds her fancy clothes and her old life as she becomes a fearsome fighter, Pirate Lord, and an extremely cunning strategist, possibly even more so than the legendary Captain Jack Sparrow. We certainly wouldn’t want to be the ones standing in her way!
