Well, you may be the person we’re looking for! Our Marketing Team needs the kind of person who won’t let little mistakes slide! Our Associate Marketplace Specialist is responsible for monitoring the overall health of our marketplace listings, so a strong attention to detail is important!
Our Associate Marketplace Specialist is in charge of tracking down product errors and finding quick solutions to alleviate the issue. They provide routine maintenance on product pages for our partner sellers, which include Amazon, eBay, and others. The role is also responsible for monitoring the overall health of marketplaces and working with the Marketing Team to improve performance on all of our Marketplace channels. Knowing your way around sales and profitability data is also a must, since our Associate Marketplace Specialist will be digging into those to help prioritize tasks!
Let’s cut to the chase. We’re looking for someone who isn’t afraid to nitpick, because one tiny problem with any of our listings can really keep any item from reaching its potential! If you want to put those nitpicking skills to good use, then our Marketing Team is excited to meet you. (Bonus points for each error that you can find in that first paragraph.)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Manage and fix inventory for online marketplaces (i.e. Amazon, eBay, etc.)
- Interpret product errors and find solutions to improve future product data quality
- Assist Marketplace Specialists in performing routine maintenance tasks that help optimize individual listings on marketplaces
- Research best practices, rules, and guidelines for multiple marketplaces and apply knowledge to listings
- Routinely audit general health of marketplaces, and recognize areas of improvement
- Execute on tasks and projects created by marketplace specialists
- Work with other departments to solve any immediate issues
- Gather and report sales and profitability data. Interpret results and prioritize tasks

As Associate Costume Designer, you’ll help turn approved designs into complete, accurate, and factory-ready technical packages that make production say, “There’s a snake in my boot… and every detail is just right!” In this role, you’ll focus on technical execution, detail-oriented problem solving, and teamwork worthy of the whole toy box. You’ll translate creative concepts into clear, organized tech packs so our factory partners know exactly how to sample and produce each piece—no mixed-up parts or missing accessories allowed. You’ll work side-by-side with Senior Designers, Product Development, and Graphic Design to ensure every costume moves smoothly from concept to final form. Duties And Responsibilities
Tech Pack Development & Technical Execution
- Create and maintain detailed, factory-ready tech packs for approved costume designs, including:
- Flats and technical sketches
- Construction details and callouts
- Bill of Materials (BOMs)
- Artwork placement and embellishment details
- Ensure all tech packs are accurate, complete, and aligned with approved design intent
- Update tech packs throughout the development cycle based on feedback from Senior Designers, Product Development, Licensors, and Factories
Design Support
- Execute design revisions and updates as directed by Senior Designers
- Assist in adapting designs for manufacturability, costing targets, sizing inclusivity, and material availability
Cross Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Product Development to align on construction feasibility, timelines, and costing

Requirements
- Evaluate tech packs and specs to communicate construction, design, and sizing details for each project to overseas partners and factories

We’re looking for a Warehouse Specialist to support both Inventory and Shipping functions and keep our operation running smoother than Stark Industries. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy hands-on work, and can shift gears when priorities change, this role is for you.
From pulling and bin running to picking, packing, and shipping customer orders, you’ll play a key role in delivering “monster memories” to customers everywhere. During peak season, you’ll be one of the warehouse heroes helping ensure accuracy, speed, safety, and teamwork across departments.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Prepare and stage inventory for Shipping, including pulling, bin filling, and bin running.
- Utilize hand-held scanners to complete inventory processes accurately.
- Access ERP systems to verify locations, research inventory questions, and resolve discrepancies.
- Process Return-to-Bin (RTB) items following internal procedures.
- Participate in regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Move inventory stored on pallets and assist with overstock pulls and replenishment.

As an on-call makeup artist, you will work with our Multimedia team in our onsite studio to complete the look for our costumes. That’s right, we are looking for someone skilled in everything from zombie makeup to beauty makeup for a princess costume. If you have experience applying and removing character and/or beauty makeup and are regularly available for short periods of time during normal office hours [Monday through Friday from 9:00am until 5:00 pm] then we want to see what you got! No need to bring your own supplies. We have a fully stocked beauty bar – the beauty bar of your dreams!
Do you obsessively watch online makeup tutorials? Do you call yourself a beauty guru? Looking for a way to exercise your makeup creativity? You may be exactly what we’re looking for!
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Apply a variety of makeup looks on talent; including men, women and children. Don’t worry, we don’t require any makeup for pet costumes! That’s really not a thing anyway...hopefully. Although maybe you can be the first?
- Create dramatic character and theatrical makeup using mostly water based face paints. Some old age and injury looks are required using extreme highlight/shadow with occasional FX makeup
- Create basic beauty makeup looks for photo shoots
- Removing special FX makeup from talent at the end of photo shoots
- Prep supplies for makeup application and maintain an organized and clean work area
- Clean makeup kits, makeup bins and makeup counter after each photo shoot
- Alter and maintain makeup during photo sessions as needed
- Creativity, imagination and problem solving ability
- Must be able to apply makeup quickly and accurately. Average application time for beauty makeup must be completed between 10-15 minutes per look. Character makeup is given 30 minutes per look
- Extreme attention to detail
- Experience with dramatic character, theatrical, facepaint and special FX makeup
- Knowledge of special FX makeup applications, including creating a build up from scratch without the use of a prosthetic
- Comfortability working with a variety of people of all ages
- Ability to work efficiently in fast paced environments under pressure
- Advanced knowledge of makeup hygiene practices to follow before and after applying makeup
- Working knowledge of how to use with latex, adhesives and adhesive removers
- Must have flexible daytime availability as photo shoots are typically during office hours
