Health Insurance: We offer three generous options for insurance offered through Health Partners: two traditional PPO plans with $500 and $1,000 deductibles and a $3,000 deductible/max out of pocket HSA plan. For individual coverage, Fun.com pays 100% of the employee premium for the $1,000 deductible plan and the HSA. If you choose the HSA plan, Fun.com will pay 100% of the premium AND contribute $500 per year towards the HSA.


Dental: Continuing to make the most of our partnership with Health Partners, our employees are able to purchase dental insurance which has the same level of coverage regardless of whether a clinic is considered in or out of network.

Short and Long Term Disability: If you can’t work, you don’t get paid. Last we checked, that’s not usually a good thing. Thankfully, we offer the option to purchase short and long term disability insurance coverage that will cover 60% of your wages should you end up breaking every bone in your body participating in extreme sports or just moving your head the wrong way in the shower your back deciding that it no longer wants to support the weight of your body.

If injury or illness causes you to miss more than a week of work, this will help you out.


Life Insurance: Just because you kick the bucket doesn’t mean that you still won’t owe money on things. And, it turns out, it’s really hard for somebody who has passed on to continue to work to pay bills. So if you don’t want to saddle your loved ones with your debt, life insurance is a great thing to have. We offer guaranteed issuance of up to $100,000 of coverage, but if you are willing to complete some evidence for insurability questions, it’s possible to purchase up to $500,000 worth of coverage.

Paid Time Off

Open Vacation Policy: We trust our employees to get done what they need to and to take the vacation time they need. This doesn't mean you can take 6 months off, but it does mean you get the vacation time you deserve. Employees start with at least 3 weeks of paid vacation every year, no questions asked. After that, your requests will start to be more scrutinized, but we are generally fairly open and allow you to take the paid time off that you need as long as work is still completed.


Open Sick Leave Policy Similar to our vacation policy, we trust our employees to be adults and know when they’re too sick to work. For those who need a reminder though, we ask that you please stay home if you have whatever nasty plague is going around. Nobody wants to be covered in your mucus. We expect people to be gone about 5 or so days a year with illness, but that varies and we’ll work with you to get you the time you need.

401(k) Plan: Fun.com allows employees to enroll in the company 401K twice a year. This is an account specifically set aside for retirement that helps ensure that you will be able to spend your later years relaxing instead of continuing to work. Fun.com offers a 50% match of employee contributed funds capped at 3% of an employee’s annual salary. That’s basically free money at the highest rate of return you’ll find. Definitely take advantage!

Paid Time Off

Accrued PTO: PTO accrual is based on hours of service. Starts at 2 weeks in the first year and increases every year thereafter. By the 5th year it climbs up to 4 weeks and by the 10th year it’s at 4 1/2 weeks.


Floating Personal Holidays: Don't want to use PTO for a day off? That's cool. You get to have up to two personal holidays per year (depending on hire date) that you may use at any time provided you ask for that time off in advance.


Flexibility: Depending on your position and your department, you may be able to take a day or a few hours off without using PTO by putting in your 40 hours on other days of the week.

Paid Time Off

Paid Time Off Everybody needs a vacation at some point.

Everybody will get the crud at some time.

Everybody will need to stand in line at the DMV way longer than they want to and then run about 40 more errands to places that are only open on weekdays between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm. We get it. That’s why we ensure that every full-time employee has the option to take time off without having to lose any money they would normally get by being at work.


Funeral Leave: Upon completion of a probationary period, all full-time employees are eligible for three days of paid leave for mourning the loss of a close relative.


Paid Jury Duty: Upon completion of a probationary period, all full-time employees are eligible for three days of paid leave per term of jury service to participate in this civic process.


Paid Parental Leave: Fun.com offers six weeks’ worth of paid time off for the birth or adoption of a child. This is offered regardless of tenure with Fun.com and regardless of FMLA eligibility status.
