We're looking forward to season two of The Mandalorian, especially with Ahsoka Tano making the jump to live-action. And 2020 marks the 40th anniversary of The Empire Strikes Back. Thinking about those cold nights on Hoth gave us a fantastic idea: Star Wars frozen drinks. So we whipped up some recipes, blended some slushies, and here you are! We paired our drinks with the Star Wars Geeki Tikis, but of course you can drink them in a glass of your choice! Just print out the free drink recipe cards and enjoy!

If you'd rather print out our recipes without the designs, here you go:

The Mintalorian

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups ice
  • 1 cup lemonade
  • 10 mint leaves
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • Watermelon or tropical fruit (optional)

Directions:

  1. Blend ice, lemonade, mint leaves, and sugar until smooth.
  2. Optional: add sliced watermelon or tropical fruit for garnish.

For a mint-chocolate version, simply replace the lemonade with chocolate milk and omit the garnish.

Baby Yoda Green Tea Slush

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups ice
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons Matcha (green tea) powder
  • 2 tablespoons sugar or honey
  • Gummy frogs or boba pearls (optional)

Directions:

  1. Blend ice, yogurt, water, Matcha powder, and sugar or honey until smooth.
  2. Optional: add gummy frogs or boba pearls for garnish.

If you prefer Jasmine or other brewed green teas, simply brew a strong pot of green tea and freeze it into ice cubes, then omit the Matcha powder.

Carbonite Chocolate Coffee

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup ice
  • 1/2 cup strong coffee
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 ounces semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons chocolate syrup
  • Whipped cream (optional)
  • Caramel sauce (optional)

Directions:

  1. Brew strong coffee and chill.
  2. Blend ice, coffee, and milk until smooth.
  3. Stir in chopped chocolate chips and chocolate syrup.
  4. Optional: top with whipped cream and caramel sauce.

Duel Berry Slush

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup ice, divided
  • 1 cup milk, divided
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 2 teaspoons sugar or honey, divided

Directions:

  1. Blend blueberries, 1/2 cup milk, 1/2 cup ice, and 1 teaspoon sugar or honey until smooth.
  2. Pour into bottom of glass.
  3. Blend strawberries, 1/2 cup milk, 1/2 cup ice, and 1 teaspoon sugar or honey until smooth.
  4. Carefully pour into top of glass to create two layers, then gently swirl layers with a spoon.

If you're drinking from an opaque glass—like Geeki Tikis—or don't care about swirled colors, you can blend everything together at once.

Creamy Cloud City Slush

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream
  • Marshmallows

Directions:

  1. Blend orange juice, ice, and vanilla ice cream until smooth.
  2. Add marshmallows for garnish.

Chewbacca Chiller

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup ice
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 tablespoons sugar or honey
  • 1/2 cup ginger ale
  • 2 tablespoons grenadine
  • 1/2 teaspoon concentrated lemon juice (optional)

Directions:

  1. Blend ice, orange juice, pineapple juice, 1 ripe banana, and sugar or honey until smooth.
  2. Swirl in ginger ale and grenadine.

If you don't have pineapple juice, simply double the orange juice. Consider adding 1/2 teaspoon of concentrated lemon juice for a sour kick.
