This Child Ms. Frizzle Costume makes it easy for your child to become her favorite cartoon character! The costume starts with a simple blue, long sleeve shirt. The costume also comes with Ms. Frizzle's light blue skirt, which even has printed flowers and ferns along the bottom of it. Finally, the necklace adds the final touch to the outfit.
