Go out this Halloween and give everyone some nostalgia. It will be easy when you dress up as Angelica from the classic Nickelodeon cartoon Rugrats! She's the main “villain” in the series (as much of a villain as a child can be). She would do her best to thwart all of Tommy Pickles’ plans. Sure, we all always cheered for Tommy and the gang but even you have to admit that you did enjoy her spunky attitude.

You won’t need to track down a scientist that has perfected an age-reversal machine in order to become a pig-tailed child again. This costume should take care of that with ease. You’ll have Angelica’s childish style down. 

She loved wearing bold colors with different patterns. Usually one stays away from that but when you’re “the prettiest, most beautiful kid in the universe” you can pull it off. Start off with her classic top consisting of an orange striped long sleeve and her purple dress. The dress has a pocket that holds Angelica’s favorite toy and best friend, Cynthia. Next, pair that with her fun set of leggings. They are blue with green polka dots. Lastly, add the ankle bands that match Angelica’s orange socks. All you need to do then is style your hair with some purple ribbons.
