The costume comes with a light grey jumpsuit with a tail attached to the back. Each sleeve has elephant toes attached to the wrists. The pant legs also have matching toes. Of course, our favorite part about this costume is the headpiece, which is designed to look just like Horton's head. The front has a pair of big, round ears, and an elephant trunk in front. The trunk is holding a pink flower, just like the one Horton found Whoville resting on!
